1. Utilize the contact form to request an illustration. 2. Once the illustration request has been recieved an invoice and image request will be sent to the email you provided in the contact form. 3. You will then need to pay the 50% non-refundable deposit before any work will be started. 4. You can expect to recieve a finalized 8x10 digital file of your custom illustration within 5-10 business days, AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE REMAINING 50% of your invoice.

IMAGE GUIDELINES Images should be of good quality If you zoom and cannot make out important details, then you should choose a different photo If you are trying to request a recreation of an older image please send more than one image to be evaluated BEFORE paying the deposit. Headshots should have a clear and uninterrupted view of the subject (i.e. the head should not be cut off if using a selfie) Half or Full Body images should have a mainly clear and uninterrupted view of the subject for either the half or full view. Images cannot be combined (i.e. collages) BACKGROUND PREFERENCE If you have a specific background color in mind, please refer to an RGB HEX code & include that in the details when ordering. *** Please be mindful that computers are calibrated differently, therefore a color could show up differently on multiple screens. Using an RGB Hex code allows for a more accurate representation of your request.

Custom Illustration Portraits = 2 week turnaround. If needed before then, please inform ahead of time. Branding & Event Illustration = 4-6 week turnaround. *This is project based and will require check-ins to ensure your vision is being met.

Because you’re receiving a digital file, you’re able to print the illustration in whatever fashion you’d like! I create artwork in the dimensions of 8x10 which allows the images to be printed up to twice the size without a problem. If it does become altered, please contact me & I can work to fix it for you. You can also choose to purchase printed products of your custom artwork through the REDBUBBLE shop link, which is provided along with digital file delivery via email.

For each work of art, I reserve reproduction rights, as well as the right to exhibit the work on both the website & social media sites under the business name Beyond Your Window. The work will be used to continue to promote the artists brand & business since sharing my artwork is a major component to development of this business. If you as the purchaser would not like for Beyond Your Window to share the process or final piece publicly through our site and/or social media please say so in your initial request. An addendum to the contract and additional fee will be added to the invoice before any commisioned work can begin.

A personal use license will grant you the right to use the illustration for personal purposes. For example, you can print it out and hang it on your walls, print it on your favorite T-shirt, or customize a laptop bag that you're going to offer as a gift. You're free to use the design however you want as long as you don’t make a profit out of it. This means you cannot use the content as part of your advertising campaigns and other business-related activities. Basically, it's illegal to print the design on billboards, promotional items, or even on your team's coffee mugs.

This type of licensing grants you the right to use content or images in a manner that is intended for promotional, advertising, commercial, or merchandising purposes. What if you want to print that cool design on promotional pens, calendars, notebooks, or coffee mugs? Perhaps you want to use it on your website or in your ad campaigns? What about getting a new social media profile picture or logo for your brand or business? Need a podcast cover or youtube banner? In this case, you need a commercial license.
